I have 480 points and officially entered pool on Oct 12. I loose 6 points in February due to age, hopefully will get ITA before that. I suspect there are few hundred people at 480, 481, 482..

Well, actually it's probably way higher than that since 481 and below hasn't been selected for a long time and it will be a very common band for anyone who has fluent english and has a master's degree + 3 years foreign work experience.
Only 5 or 6 draws left for 2016, approximately space for 7,500-9,000 ITAs (6 X 1,500 = 9,000). Therefore, I guess cutoff scores can go below 482 with this trend of 1,500 ITAs in each subsequent draw. 7,500-9,000 ITAs are a good number of ITAs still left for this year. They were getting cutoffs as low as CRS 482 with just ~700 ITAs a few weeks ago.
A year ago, 1,500 ITAs would mean the cut off score would have been in the 450 range...nowadays it's 484!
But the cut off reaching 480 is very possible, hang in there guys...you have the best chances of getting invited (as compared to other lower CRS groups)
Congrats to all who received ITA today. If you haven't seen it yet , Draw was 475.
I was stuck on 481 like some of you and just got my ITA message in myCIC acct. about half an hour ago. I guess some might gt it even tomorrow or day after.
I will now be working on gathering documentation to submit things within 60 days. Good luck and i'm sure we will see each other on the post-ITA docs thread "ready-reference-steps-to-follow-and-documents-to-arrange-post-ita"
Congrats all who got the ITA. Time to close this thread
