It doesn't need to have spouse's ECA to create EE profile, but if you have one then you will get extra points.

Hi, am a candidate who is in the EE pool for almost a year with score 466. Had a doubt regarding the cutoff score. Can anyone tell if the cutoff score comes down to 466 for receiving the ITA (For Example), does it mean each and every candidate who have score of 466 or more will get ITA for guaranteed ? OR would they look into the Job code also?
