Found out where Jasonsmart screwed up and why you should say "No" to the Job Offer even if you're working on PGWP.
Second to last question if you answer "Yes" to Job Offer:
Four digit NOC code of current work permit
Which of course PGWP holders do NOT have any NOC codes on their work permit. So It looks like if you hold PGWP you have to select "No" for the question Does Applicant have a job offer in Canada?
If you see Jasonsmart's screenshot, he's selected the NOC of his current employment to the question Four digit NOC code of current work permit, which is incorrect.

Maybe it could be specific to his occupation I didn't get points either under retail manager I put job offer yes
valid work permit yes lmia pnp no and my noc code of my job now job offer yes
^
Even answered yes on 1st question "Do you have a job offer", and No on LMIA question, I did not get 600 points and was directed by confirmation email/pdf to create Job Match profile.
And after I have done that I got a second email/pdf saying "Welcome to EE, you are in the pool". Clearly that means I have not been considered to have a job offer.

If this is a system glitch, @jasonmart gets ITA and later CIC finds it out, CIC will take back the ITA but it's not a misrepresentation.
---
I think many here have contacted CIC and they say OWP answering "Four digit NOC code of current work permit" question should put their current job's NOC code.

NOC determines eligibility, EE doesn't care NOC.
I see that the points you have banked are from the "with a spouse or common law partner" column...
For instance, there is no way of obtaining 100 age points if you are applying individually... You get 110 instead.
Same with 126 for education or 35 for Canadian work experience...
I find it strange that you haven't entered any information on your spouse later on for their work experience, language or education... Did they not work, take the language exam or attend university/college?
well CIC made it very clear if you don't have LMIA backed job offer or PNP, you DON'T get 600 points. Even if somehow you use some system bugs to get the 600 points, you will still be rejected after they review your physical application.

I'm married, so I got 100 for age.
I got a master's degree in Canada, for 126 points.
Over one year professional work experience in Canada, for 35 points.
My spouse is in China, she has no Canadian work experience nor Canadian education. She didnot take language test either.
600 are gone. It is just 413 now.
I'm very disappointed at this EE system now. CIC is just crewing us over and over.
They don't consider our feelings.
I'm so sad.

It's a bunch of computer codes. What do you expected them to consider your feeling? :-[ But those IT guys who created and manages the EE system should be spanked.
