I would STRONGLY suggest you take second opinion before answering yes to that question. Didn't the form ask you to enter LMIA numbe when you said yes?

I have missed the second draw due the confusing questinaire.As am in NOC that doesn't require a LMIA,I was answering wrong the last question "was a positive LMIA issued for your ... ?" . Once I changed the answer,I've been given 600points.I am now 863points,NOC 7237,and I am hopeful.

It doesn't matter whether your NOC is LMIA exempt or not. If you don't have a positive LMIA you HAVE to answer no there. Otherwise when you receive your ITA, and get asked for your LMIA documents you're going to have a bit of a problem. Lying is considered misrepresentation, even if you didn't mean to. Comes with a nice 5 year ban on applying for Canadian residency. Be very careful.

Hmm. Yeah I remember it was like that. OK I would still wait for other people's input. I dont think we can say LMIA was issued, if the job is LMIA exempt. But if we can do that, I'll be more than happy to do so since i'll also get 600 points then ......Wait for the other people's input aswell

Well gud luck if you are insisting upon doing this.

Personally, I can be VERY selfish and sort of Devil's advocate and encourage you to do that. You'll prove to be a test case for me, if ur app gets through, i'll do the same. If it doesnt, you could face 5 year ban and I'll just wait for non-LMIA turn. But that would be extremely cunning of me and to be honest, im 99.99% sure you'll get in trouble after getting ITA.
