How long after receiving the correspondence letter for biometrics, do you receive an answer?

Mine is a study visa. I applied on 25th March got BVL on 31st March

but noticed my tracker has not been updated since 27th March so yeah the tracker can sometimes not be up to date. You can find the date it’s was updated on top

the date on the tracker at the top is 20 March for me.. I thought they update for everyone same time. are you sure you see 27th march?

The date at the top of the tracker is 20th March for me too but when I open the study permit application there is a different date which is 27th March

I see.. I hope they update 20th every month which means we will soon see some updates around 20th April or so

well I was right. They did update it just now I checked the top date is 19th April. now on my tracker eligibility showing as completed biometric showing as completedand just background check is still in progress.

Omggg yes you were right!!!!! Thanks so muchhhhh. I also have just background check in progress. I’m so happy right now. Eligibility & biometric is completed too. But I still can’t see any visa number

yeah same here. I also cannot see it. Hopefully this strike doesn't impact us and we see the progress very soon. Since 25th Feb my background check is still in progress.

I thought background check and eligibility go side by side.

Wait was eligibility also in progress? And it’s just got completed? I don’t think background check should even take that long. Let’s give it 2 weeks max we will hear something

Yeah it was. For me eligibility was not started Biometrics (gckey showed completed though) and BGC were in progress since 25th Feb.

Now eligibility got completed.. biometrics changed to completed and BGC left.

yeah I'm hopeful.

Okay that’s good to hear. I don’t think background check is such a big deal. I always thought eligibility is the hardest part
