You can try for another extension, but at some point expect they will refuse an extension if you don’t have first stage approval. That would require you to leave Canada. Your H&C application would continue in your absense.

Thanks for your answer, but what if we cant come again I mean they prevent us from entering Canada? And also I've heard that H&C is being stopped automatically , if you leave Canada.

Your H&C application will continue to be processed even if you are outside of Canada.

you said that you were doing fine economically and resigned from jobs in your country. To get a TRV you must have had savings, jobs, a home, etc. in your country which likely put you in a better position than the majority of the citizens. Unless your country is in active war then I still don’t see the H&C reasons. You will likely have to return home at some point and wait for the results of a H&C. If you are approved you will be able to return.

You can try to remain while the H&C application is being processed. If the H&C application is refused however, you will need to leave Canada.

You should definitely try to extend to keep your status in Canada valid.

If the H&C application is refused, assume you will need to leave Canada and then try applying in another way from outside of Canada.

Yes they don’t need to extend visas during H&C. You should try but others have also been removed during H&C process. If they are approved for H&C they are allowed to enter again.
