Got rejection after receiving AIP

Guys. I have a whats app group. Same document is being circulated everywhere and people on the group are saying its fake. So don't worry

I know the applicant himself and have talked to him thoroughly. None of the documents are faked nor did he misrepresent or sent fake documents.
he was refused on eligibility clause which means that he failed to convince that he is a bona fide student. However AIP means stage 1 approval.
this is not fake at all.

I hope so. It doesn't add up to what they are telling us on every webinar. This could really be some trolling but I'm just hoping it's not true because it is really disappointing for the guy and all of us.

If it were true, the story would have been corroborated by others. I would also not want to think this decision happened in isolation and therefore, we should be seeing more like this if true.

We can't truly say if this document is real or doctored. It wasn't the applicant that posted it but a third party. I would take that with a pinch of salt.

Apart from that, it is very possible that the applicant may have misrepresented facts, failed medicals or criminality checks. It is even possible that the applicant submitted fake documents or there have been changes to his eligibility based on one factor or another. I really doubt if IRCC will give an AIP and finally deny an application for the type of reasons I see here (these reasons should have been enough for a stage one refusal to begin with). It just doesn't add up.

This is my opinion on this. Everyone should calm down

It's not doctored that I can confirm you as I said he is a friend of mine and I didn't got this from any group but directly from him and the someone said that he gave sth fake lemme tell you this if you have checked the refusals 3 of them are that which are linked to eligibility stage for with all due respect you guys are wrong..

It's pretty basic for us to make sure the fonts are consistent when creating an ad.
Your friend might have used the same font but his name font is BOLD while other fonts ain't BOLD. Maybe an amateur sent his AIP, only then it's real.

please provide visa file submission date along with medical and biometrics.
was it a SDS application?
was this a reapplication ?

I don’t know but the name in the AIP is unusually bold compared to final rejection. Only AIP holder can say if it is always bold letters.
