yes yesterday i got email enquiry answer from newdelhi visa office of having no record of my application inspite of sending it on 6 october. this means no communication between CIO AND VO .they just gave ur aor but visaoffice told me to contact cio sydney.....

We have one June applicant who submitted Full Docs to Taipei VO. She also got 1st AOR recently. The VO called her up to get some clarification on her IELTS score. It means they are processing her application. She can't access the ecas just like the other people who got their AOR recently.
I can't access my ecas. It shows nothing when I enter the filenumber (I got in the AOR email). Most of us who got the AOR recently are in same situation.
May be your file may already have been transfered to New Delhi VO. What does it show in your ecas?
I would be sending my full docs in coming week of November. Please advice as I do not have a letter from the bank but I have attached original bank statements with bank stamps for the last six months which show an average balance. Do I need to add a letter from the bank too.

Yes you need to provide a letter issued from your bank to prove its authenticity. Banks have their standard format for issuing such confirmation letters and may charge a fee for the issuance as service charge.
