Hi Brandburg,
How can I contact MP office to get updated status for my FSW3 file; my medicals were received at Ottawa office on 16th April 2012?
Tentatively when can I expect PPR?
Hi ajay95, check this link to find out your MP: http://www.parl.gc.ca/Parlinfo/Compilations/HouseOfCommons/MemberByPostalCode.aspx?Menu=HOC
If your medical was received by Ottawa last month, you can expect the PR in the next two months. This is an observation from several previous cases in Buffalo. As I remembered one case, a medical received by ottawa on Nov.28, and PR received on Feb.22, and there is a X'mas break should be accounted. Wish you a good luck.

Thanks for info; can I call MP's office or shall I send them a email regarding update on my file. Usually within what duration they can provide an update on file status?

Making a call is preferable. The people in their office are very friendly and helpful.
They will place an inquiry to Buffalo immediately and as soon as they receive the feddback, they will let you know. I'm not sure about the waiting time.
