Hi guys..

I have updated my 2nd AOR to 6th MAY...I thought it was 14 May...But today I checked the letter again and found the date on letter in 6th MAY......

I think that CHC should settle the priority according to the AOR issued by CIO and according to me this is the easiest way to set proirty at CHC level.
Because some people Like you can send all document to CHC immediately after recieveing the AOR From CIO.

Yeah that is what..if some one sends the document immediately then it should go in his favor because he was prepared. So I think his file should get processed and that is why CHC ND issues 2nd AOR. In the letter also they mentions that a person may contact after the 3 months from the date when he/she sent full documents not the 1st AOR and also issues a new file number as well....anyways we can't say for sure what ND does..So lets move forward and wait for our medicals...Best of luck to every on...

My 1st AOR date 15th Jan 2010 and File Transfer Date is 20th Jan 2010.

Thanks once again .. Now we can see if CHC is going by the file transfer date.

Looking at Current Data it looks like in MAY thread when we see movement we should see status change initially for
Garry444/Inderaj/Harry12/CAforCA/

Guys my guess is some movement will be seen on this thread around Mid Oct.

but still no verification calls guys...!!!! it's getting harder n harder n harder,,,,to wait... can't sleep in the night.....thinking about what happens next day???? will their be any verification call tomorrow??? or again just a normal day..... ;D

but i always think positive...hehehe

here is one another case of Rainy78 in front of us. he got his 1st AOR on 19th Jan. (7 days after my 1st AOR) and his file transffered to ND on 27th Jan. dat's also (7days after my transfered of file). then he submitted his full docs to CHC ND on 4th May (6 days before my submission of app. to ND) and got his 2nd AOR on 16th May (4 days before i got my 2nd AOR) but He got his medicals on 26th August 2010. Then the question is where is mine??? u can see the differences above in our cases is hardly 4 to 7 days. in my opinion i should hv got my medicals this month before 15th if u compare the difference between us but i'm still waiting my verification calls medical is far far away. i really don't understand the work of CHC ND in this regard...

My full documents was received by New Delhi on 17th May.
My NOC 4121 University Professor.
Already 4 months have been passed and there is updation.
Anyone can please suggest how much time approximately they are going to take,I inquired with ND people and they said it wil take 8 months together..Anyone are having any idea about it???????????/l

Are both the CHC same....you are from CHC New Delhi, is rainy also from CHC ND if so then send a case specific enquiry else have to wait. What is your current status ?

its not like dat ...it dosent mean dat if u dont get a veri call...u wont get medicals....
if ur file is properly presented in all manners,proper documentation n presentation...
den visa officer may notthink of callin a employer....
i have personally seen many (atleast10) cases were dere were no veri calls n medicals were issues....
i hope dis info is of some use......

I THINK U R RIGHT IN ASSUMIND DAT.....BCOZ CURRENT DATA IS SHOWING DAT APPLICANTS WHO GOT FILE TRANFER NEAR JAN 20 R GETTING PROCESSED...
IF THINK CHC DELHI IS GIVING PREFRENCE TO 1ST AOR\FILE TRANSFER DATES.......
REASON BEING ......THE APPLICANTS WHOSE FILE TRANFER IS ON JAN 20 R ACTUALLY THE NOV2009 GUYZ...
SO IF V CONSIDER NOV 2009...ITS ALMOST GONNA B 1 YEAR INDERE PROCESSING TIMES...
BCOZ DEY HAVE D POLICY OF CLEARING CASES IN 6-12 MONTHS ALLTOGETHI MAY B WRONG...
WAT OTHER MEMBERS HAVE 2 SAY BOUT DIS ISSUE...

That was a wise advice.

We are still not sure which way they follow, may be based on 1st AOR or based on 2nd AOR.

Waiting is so frustrating though.

Thats what I am saying Inderaj..We can't predict the working pattern of CHC. Every case is different than others. There are many possibilities. And also it depends on Visa officer as well. If he thinks your file is perfect he may approved immediately as well on other hand he may decide to verify everything if he is not satisfied with the documents. So just keep your finger crossed.
