Looking at Current Data it looks like in MAY thread when we see movement we should see status change initially for
Garry444/Inderaj/Harry12/CAforCA/
Guys my guess is some movement will be seen on this thread around Mid Oct.
Yes Ankit..Next update will help us predicting how ND is working. If these guys get update that means 1 AOR does affect. IF some one else gets than it doesn't.

HI DEAR ANKIT....
I THINK U R RIGHT IN ASSUMIND DAT.....BCOZ CURRENT DATA IS SHOWING DAT APPLICANTS WHO GOT FILE TRANFER NEAR JAN 20 R GETTING PROCESSED...
IF THINK CHC DELHI IS GIVING PREFRENCE TO 1ST AOR\FILE TRANSFER DATES.......
REASON BEING ......THE APPLICANTS WHOSE FILE TRANFER IS ON JAN 20 R ACTUALLY THE NOV2009 GUYZ...
SO IF V CONSIDER NOV 2009...ITS ALMOST GONNA B 1 YEAR INDERE PROCESSING TIMES...
BCOZ DEY HAVE D POLICY OF CLEARING CASES IN 6-12 MONTHS ALLTOGETHI MAY B WRONG...
WAT OTHER MEMBERS HAVE 2 SAY BOUT DIS ISSUE...

Hi Gary
Lets wait for the updates for few more guys. if these guys (Garry444/Inderaj/Harry12/CAforCA) gets updates that means CHC ND is considering the 1 AOR/FT Dates. If some one else gets than we can conclude that they are not considering it. What u say ?
Ankit
My and yours 1st Aor/File Transfer & 2nd Aor is almost same we should expect something in End Oct or first week of Nov? What Say

I DON'T THINK SO MINE IS ALSO SAME FILE TRANSFER DATE BUT STATUS IS STILL RBVO.
@Inderaj
Relax Man. Everything takes time.
Every case is different. The time lines on this forum gives an indicative idea. Rainy78 may be plain lucky. In my opinion it may not be good idea to estimate by comparing date by date with other cases.
Again Verificational call is not Mandatory.
I would say we may have to wait to see activity on this thread for at least 3 more weeks. All the best

Hello everyone..
My full documents was received by New Delhi on 17th May.
My NOC 4121 University Professor.
Already 4 months have been passed and there is updation.
Anyone can please suggest how much time approximately they are going to take,I inquired with ND people and they said it wil take 8 months together..Anyone are having any idea about it???????????/l
My guess is you may have to wait for 3-8 weeks more depending on your 1st AOR date. Please provide following info so that you can be added to this thread
Docs Send Date to CHC
NOC Code
2nd AOR date
Current Status
1st AOR date
File transfer date

Gary4444 the 6-12 months period is from submission to CHC and not CIO. But it makes sense to clear file of the same months Like MAY in order of file transfer date to me. Based on this calculation I hope to see you getting response on this thread faster than some of us.
All the best

Looking at current trend, I am expecting at least six weeks before our file moves to In process state. But this again may prove wrong, as we were expecting the response in Aug earlier then CHC stopped processing app totally so who knows whats in the store.
WAIT is the name of game here

I agreed with you Anikt. We can't predict the time line. Every case is different.
DEAR ANKIT AND IMRAN....
ANKIT ..MY CALCULATION SAYS IF 20 JAN FILE TRANFERS DONT SEE ANY IMPROVEMENT...DEN OUR ANALYSIS IS WRONG....
DERE R MANY WHO GOT FILE TRANSFER ON 20 JAN.....
IF DEY R FOLLOWING FILE TRANSFER DATE FRM CIC NOVA SCOTIA...DEN ECAS HAD 2 CHANGE DID WEEK 4 ATLEAST 2 MEMBERS.....

I do agree Gary but it depends upon case. Some cases are simple and straight but some are complicated and need lot of checks.
I am from May 2010 Full docs senders thread and CHC Singapore is my office. our member "idas" of May Full docs senders got his Medical ahead of all where at the same time Not the 10% of March and April 2010 full docs senders have seen their Ecas to IN PROCESS.
my 2nd AOR says that Processing will begin in Priority basis, donno what is their priority, is it first come first serve, Higher IELTS, More points or what. CHC Singapore. At least CHC ND draws a date like 5-8 months after which applicants are requested to poke them lol.
Ankit, youve been in the USA, I have to some EU countries and Far east. Could they make delays in terms of background check?
hi ankit
what is the probability rejecting the case after the 130 days of 2nd AOR?? what do u think if they reject the file how many months they take to reject?

I think the rejection is sent quite early. I was rejected in my first application in 2 months. Few of my friends also got their rejection in 2 months. Our reason for rejection was shortage of points. But time may very depending on the reason of rejection...

Rejection Probability after 130 days is same in my opinion as after one week or so. The reason is unless they start processing the file, you never know whether it is green light or red
