Processing Time
Applications of PR in the category you have applied to, require an average of 8 months to process at this office. If you have not received any instructions from this office, 3 months after your submitted your full application, you are requested to contact this office directly.
Is this the same with you friends?
Anybody contacted them after 3 months? Kindly reply

I think matter in the AOR is same for everyone on this thread. As new delhi in May was claimimg average time to be 8 months.
I personally never wrote to CHC ND even after 140 days beacuse I knew thy will come back with standard reply that file is waiting for the review and no action is needed from my side

guys i think ankit is right even i didn't wrote to CHC ND as i recieved my 2nd AOR on 20th May 2010 it's well over 120 days now. But what i saw in the list which has provided by imran that imran recieved his 1st AOR on 25th Feb. and file transfered to ND on 3rd March. But he submitted his full docs to CHC ND on 28th Apr. and recieved his 2nd AOR on 14th May. that's much earlier than i submitted my full docs to CHC ND even i recieved my 1st AOR in the month of Jan. so does it really vary the processing time between our cases..But the thing is the e-case is still the same.. RBVO.

According to me the 2nd AOR should be the date that should matter to New Delhi.because this is the date when the work of new Delhi starts. First AOR is sent by CIC Sydney. There is possibility that some one might have his full documents ready & send it to New Delhi as soon as they get their 1st AOR. In that case ND is not going to wait for 120 days to receive application from other people & than decide the priority. Like inderaj said he got his 1st AOR way early than me.. But because i had my documents ready I send my full application to ND before him and got 2nd AOR earlier than him. So according to me ND should start working on my file before his...But we can't predict ND's working style. The case & time differs for each file. There are many uncertainties. Say for example if some person has experience from multiple employer it might take longer time to verify them all...while some other person who has all his experience from single employer may see his file progressing faster than other....we cann't say for sure....I think we all should wait & let ND work...We have waited for 5 months now..lets wait for one more....one of my cousin got Medical request in his 6th Month...so keep your finger crossed....

I think that CHC should settle the priority according to the AOR issued by CIO and according to me this is the easiest way to set proirty at CHC level.
Because some people Like you can send all document to CHC immediately after recieveing the AOR From CIO.
