So i want to ask you whether it is necessary to inform CIC & CHC ND at the time of submitting NEW File under FAST TRACK about old file ? Please let me know. I am from Ahmedabad. Where are you from ?

Yes Mayank, When you apply under new rules, there is a section wherein you need to provide your previous file details...just write your previous file info there and u will be ready to go......i'm from Baroda....

But, i didnt mention her old file number while applying this case.....here i am the PA and she applied before marriage....wud it affect her refund case...as we dint mention it earlier.

It happened Mac...Yes, i have received my passports with the visas...My status is still "In Process", but i think, its absolutely normal..it happened to many of the members..

Meanwhile, I applied as per new Rules under Federal Skilled Worker's Category (File Number - Bxxxxxx). I have been granted the Canadian Permanent Residence Visa.
Hence, I intend to withdraw the Old Case (Bxxxxxxxx – SW1) and request you to process the refund for the same.

You can provide previous file info in section 9 of IMM0008_1e form, additional space is given there, you can also write this information on cover letter....hope info is helpful...
