You're right, there is no signature field in Section C....sorry about the mix up! Just have Sections A & B signed by you and your wife, then fill in the info of your friend in Section C.

Its not necessary for your friend to sign next to your signature.

Hi PDChicago, before you submitted your additional documents, what was the status of your additional documents being reviewed? And what is your timeline. It seems CIO transfers the file to a LVO after they have spent two months (for july applications though). So I have a feeling that even though that document was outstanding, CIO has forwarded your file to a LVO, that is why it is still showing "No additional documents required". Once they open your file at the LVO, it will change again and they will review it. By the way, what was your ADR?

Medical Passed: Somewhere around the end of June
Request for Additional Documents (Travel History): August 23
Additional Documents (Travel History) uploaded: August 29
Request for Additional Documents (FBI PCC): August 30
Additional Document (FBI PCC) uploaded: September 4

Have not received any updates after that. Also, I am not sure what the additional documents status was before I uploaded the documents because I was not checking my profile everyday at that time. So according to you, CIO would not review the documents, but transfer the file to LVO and then they would review the application for completeness (R10)?

I have also sent an email requesting the status and Visa Office, but have not received a response yet. Do you reckon there could be a movement soon based on the above timeline?

Hi PDChicago, completeness check is done at CIO not LVO.

I am sure that once you uploaded what was outstanding, they transferred your file to finalize at the LVO. I am confident that all is positive, however, if you still need to confirm, you could always order GSMS notes.

25 Aug ADR changed to we don't need additional documents

When ADR changes file is transferred to LVO as I understand from various sources....


So I guess my file may be at ndvo now..

Do let me know if you get any further details
