I'm also in CIO Sydney since ages and dont seem to be moving at all
My timelines are stated below.

Hi Funter28 and Hirencool, don't worry as long as you have gotten the "no additional documents required change", the file will move to LVO, maybe they are moving them in batches. I know a guy who said his documents status changed to "not needed" but a mail sent after that changed confirmed it was still in Sydney. It eventually moved a few days after. So it will move, at least you have seen that change, i am yet to see that change in my account.

Yea I think so too maybe they will eventually transfer it to LVO.

HI everyone, how come everyone seems to know where their application is? Did you all send an email to the respective VO to get to know where the application is being processed? I know mine was in Ottawa but I have no idea if this has now been sent to another office for further processing, I am currently in IP2. I don't want to bug them with emails just yet but it's always good to receive more information.

I think so. Same thing happened to me and I didn't see any action in my file after meds passed until I submitted the US PCC

Section A: Fill in your information
Section B: Spouse information (Note: If you're also seeking information about your spouse/common law partner)
Section C: Designated individual's contact information (In your case, your friend's info)

Most people fill just Sections A & C, but it all depends on what is applicable in each individual case.

Both Sections A & C must be signed by you and your designated individual (your friend)

Hi Viksal84, the change in the additional documents signifies that your file has left or is about to leave CIO to a Local Visa Office where your application will be finalized. So i guess it is good news, because you are closer to PPR once it leaves CIO
