yes buddy ....but God knows about the fate of my application. The cap under chemical engineering NOC is already 190 (13th jan updated cap info). I am doubtful about if I will within the cap or not.....what say?
How long does it take by CIC to send an email to an applicant regarding receipt of application and UCI. I sent my application package on 18th of Jan 2014. When can I expect to receive this sort of email from CIC (I hope my application will fall within the cap).

Please be patient. I guess it will be too early to expect any feedback from CIC. Perhaps, they are dealing with early Dec. 13 applicants right now. My wild guess though.
Its a great initiative to srtat discussion for PER for candidates whose application reached in Jan 14. I just check the cap status around 7am Singapore time and cic have updated the cap . Rt now it is 236 in NOC 2134.
What u guys feel will next update we can hope we get our payment charge.
Perhaps, our game is over. Don't mind....we can try our luck in EOI-2015. Have you checked your CC status? has it been charged? in 13 days in 2134, 30 applications have got PER in NOC 2134 and probably, this update is for the applications filed somewhere in the middle of the Dec- 2013. Still, let us hope for the best and test our luck. Everything is possible.
My cc has yet not been charged hoping for luck to work. However going by the statics wherein earlier around 10 to 14 PER were given till 204 count and with latrst result wherein 30 have been given my gut feeling says that they have completed the recived application till last week of dec-13.
I am quite optimistic that we should be able to make in the cap. However I am new to this forum and may be my calculation doesn't weigh that much.
Any senior member can suggest us on the outcome we shold drop a new request to check from them.
