Don't know my fate yet , but looks like Canada will be a dream...as mentioned earlier my waiting continues... applied in 2006.. application sent back (backlog).. applied in 2013 ..file sent on may 20th 2013.. file returned ... now the story starts yesterday when i called CIC to find out the new status of my application which was resend ( applied January 2014 )..

Initial application send - May 2013
Application received at CIO - 29th august ( weird )
Application return to the consultant - 5th November
Document i got in my hand - December 12th

Consultant gave my documents and didnt provide me with UCI ( re-applied without UCI )-- only yesterday i got to know my UCI after calling CIC

My consultant took me for a ride... Sad

now that i have re applied - SELF don't trust any of the ****** consultants ..

its been 8 years .............. looking for a light at the end of the tunnel.....

I really hope some miracle happens in my case

No my cc is yet not charged. Hopefully by feb 3 or 4 week it should be charged I am hoping. .. perhaps this will be only time I will be happy if amount ia charged to my account......

Dear Deepak,

CIC has made it clear that they are not going to re-open FSWP in 2014, as they are going to implement Expression of Interest-2015; which is going to be much faster PR process (like in case of Australia/New Zealand). So, do not worry. You won't be too late if you apply under EOI-2015.
