I am NOC 0013, sent my docs on 16th Sep 2014, Received on 19th Sep 2014 and still waiting for CC Charge. I am from India and VO is NDVO.

Yes, you are eligible to apply. As far as you fall in the exact category as mentioned in 0013. I am from India as well. I hope that by now you might have sent ur documents too. Let me know when your CC gets charged.

PER received on Nov. 25 but there is no second line update since then.... :-X

Any one in this group has got MR or PPR? I guess its cold NOC? How many applied to NDVO in 0013? :
