I though they were allowing people to submit the old checklist till March

I called Friday last week and asked about mine they said I was in que to be processed but can’t confirm when that will be as they are working on December 27th application
But she gave me my uci number and application number

I thought so too. I even called in and spoke to an agent and he assured me that as long as the application is stamped with the received date on or before march 15th then it's fine.

If they are returning applications on the basis of the old checklist then I guess I should be expecting mine in the mail soon considering mine was received February 19th.

What can you do... it’s just annoying that I have to go through the whole application again and resend and then wait more than a month for them to respond.

You probably should give them a call though because you couldn't have known about a new checklist. Did you already receive your package in the mail or did you find out by calling?

That's very confusing because the deadline for the old application checklist hasn't even passed yet.
