Mine was received Feb. 16 and P A is USA as well Sponsor(me) is living in the USA. No response yet. I have tried to link with just name and no numbers but couldn't do it. I tried calling but telephone number doesn't work out side of Canada. We will just wait. Eventually they will find our file. They have our $1040.00 fee. Good luck to you.

If the visa office processing time is estimated around 3 weeks, is it reasonable (provided that everything is on spot with the documents and stuff) to believe it will actually take less than the estimated 12 months to get pr?

Less than 12 months is very rare. but u neva know since the immigration rules on spousal sponsorship has changed. I have had a conversation with a lady last year who got hers done in 8 months. it varies from case to case. but 10 months at least no doubt.

This isn't true, it's really dependent on the VO. Most cases are in fact processed under 12 months and some significantly so. For example, straightforward outland US applications are being processed in 6 or less in many to most cases.

May b or may b not. Here and there I've seen people saying all done in 7 months/8 months but again like I said in other threads it depends on how busy the visa office is. I have posted a link for members to read thru. So if it happens it happens...even more better
I am the exact same except I haven't uploaded PCC as yet. And I sent my schedule a via webform April 6th. Same AOR date, no dm, no med request. Called this morning, all they said was there's no specific time frame that his happens in. It varies by application.. Not of much help but I thought I'd let you know you're not alone.
