We sent our app to Mississauga on Feb. 13 and it was received on Feb. 16. I've gotten no communications at all from CIC. Should I call at this point, since it's been nearly 2 months?

I am the sponsor and also PA's representative.
In this AOR email there is no invitation to create and link application to online account.
My question is when should I link our application to online account.

People whose applications were received well after mine have gotten an AOR.

Category- Permanent residence
Sub Category- Family class (Spouses)
Then fill application no. and family name
Under Applicants personal information- Passport information (easier to fill)
At the bottom- "Number of family members, including the primary applicant, that are part of this application (required)"- no. of family members you sponsoring+ 1 (for sponsor).

Don't know why its not working for you. Mine was found at first attempt. Try to type full name in the "family name" box. I entered full name as PA doesn't have last name on Passport.

Well that's considering they get that far. Not sure if they would check for other issues if they've determined that the checklist is out of date.

Hi, when did you file your application originally.

You can upload the use of representative form on the ircc webform to make you the representative.
There is a lot of trouble linking even for PAs who have received AOR1. Don't be discouraged.

R we supposed to send in a use of representative form even though we didn't use one?

I sent it Feb 25 and it was received feb 27. They returned it March 12
