I can see even March applicants getting in-process.

Yes. The cic.gc.ca domain is genuine.

Yes most of people got this including me, it's a legit survey email from cic.

It seems majority of Toronto applicants from Feb are still in 'Application Received' status even after 4 months of AOR. May be it's because Toronto is covid red zone now.
