Some of application was returned in past because of dual language birth certificate (from NADRA Pakistan) and few didn't. So it all depends on the officer who is checking your file.
Me personally sent a certified translation for birth certificates in order to avoid any returns and be on safe side and received AOR this August.

I have seen some return, but not nadra specific,only where the title as in Birth certificate was not translated for some other language. The requirement say birth certificate to have english and the detail like name place dob names. Some returned birth certificate were not the one issued by union council with nadra security feature

IRCC is working on citizenship virtual testing, but did not say when that would take into effect. So, I’ve guessed we‘re all experiencing tedious waiting process times.

I'm a Jan 2020 Applicant, waiting for an AOR.
I called Sydney several times only to be heard that the application's not on the system.
they confirmed that the Tracking indicated that it's delivered.

ANYONE in this forum still waiting for AOR?

I will suggest you to re-submit your new application as its already been 10 months so maybe ircc lost your application package

I am in similar situation. My application was received on Feb 13 but no AOR yet. I tried calling multiple times and get the same response that application is not in the system. Last week I have sent the application again. Let's see if it is different this time .

That's sad brother. The problem is we don't even have any contact to reach out to IRCC directly to get final answer.

Just checked my status and came to know that my app went “In Process” on November 5th .
