I received COPR today! I received DM around April 26th I think it was. I looked at the envelope and the letter was post marked April 29th. Not sure why it took so long for me receive it since I'm in Ontario and my VO is in Ottawa. But I'm happy to finally have it. I am already in Canada, so I booked a flight home (to the states) in June for s couple of days and then when I come back through into Canada I'll officially land. It's a great day!

1. SPONSOR expectation during the first step:

a. AOR1 or Application package will be sent back for lack of important document
b. request for missing document or updated document - based on your spousal application
c. Medical, CIC payment, required application forms and Police report check
d. SA = Sponsor Approval email or letter

2. SPONSORED APPLICANT expectation during the second step:

e. AOR2 - from Visa Office
f. missing or updated document request - based on case to case
g. eligibility and criminality check
h. Interview - based on case to case
i. passport request for visa

My husband was approved to be my Sponsor on January 2016.
I want apply for the GCMS Notes, to see how is the process is going. Anyone ever tried this?

First thing that I did was to call my wife and tell her the news (and to check the mailbox daily from now on)
