Congratz

I finally got SA. They said they were mailing snail mail, then it came by email. I have a question?

My wife did her medical, but not E-medical, and we sent the medical receipt (without a bar code). In CIC's email they say this:
If your sponsored relative(s) has
(
have
)
not already done so,
your relative(s)
must provide an
original
Upfront Medical Report
form (IMM1017B UPFRONT) signed by a Panel Physician or an E
-
Medical Up
-
front Medical Notification information sheet. Your relative(s) must complete the medical examination
and, once completed, forward this information directly to the visa office noted abov
e along with a copy
of this letter.Your application has been transferred to the visa office noting this deficiency. Your relative
must forward the medical information directly to the visa office to allow continued processing of his/her
application.
Failu
re to do so will result in delays

Will wife have to redo an E-medical?

Send the E-medical right away, CIC has no access to the medical records without the barcode that is on the bottom of the e-medical that your panel physician should have gave you when you left their office. I would send it asap that is if you do not want unnecessary delays to your application.

My SA letter says the same ?? is it normal, though I sent the original E medical with the application ?

If your eCAS shows 'medical report received' no need to worry.

i then called the CIC, they confirmed my suspicions.
Thats was my bad as i sent the application in the wrong office.

i will call CIC again tomorow to have the confirmation that everything is allright.

Can you log on ECAS?

I used the same receipt payment so they can only process 1 application so one will be returned too me that's if they ever find my other application which at this point I doubt it...

Wait are we supposed to write OUTLAND on our application package?

I didn't write anything like that.

I just mailed my application to the following address:

Case Processing Centre ─ Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 4N6

I still don't have AOR, application sent 26Feb. Getting nervous now..
