I'm sorry to say this but one of the reasons why they need your BC is to confirm that your parents are the ones on your application. Without that info, the BC is useless.
About your father info, you could say Unknown.
:'(
Thanks for that reply! You have saved me future delays, I didnt know that so thank you. Ive ordered a full copy to be sent and ill be getting that tomorrow! Panic over

Hello.
I sent my package Dec, 2013 and my credit card was hijacked in January.
CIO considered my package as insufficient pay and my file returned to me 2 weeks ago.
I had to re-issue PCC, fill the forms again and sent 26, Feb today, finally.
I wish no more hassle happened.
I wish all you guys doesn't troubled such a crazy situation.
Good luck.

Hi-jacked Credit card story...
December, 2013 I sent my file.
The end of January, I found my CC declined.
Feeling strange,,,
I made a phone call to Visa card.
They explained me that my CC information and pin number hi-jacked by criminals
and there was $190 cash withdraw.
When the criminals try 2nd time for bigger amount Visa card close my account.
That's what they could do to stop the crime.
I asked them there will be withdraw by CIC,,,and they answered ',,,sorry'.
I don't know how does it hi-jacked,,,i-tunes store?,,,e-bay?,,,local ATM?-sometimes they hide scanner on the machine and hide camera on ceiling,,,
However, I sent my files with money order which is way safe than CC.
Here is my suggestion for Feb/future applicants.
*If possible keep your CC away from online purchase until you get your AOR.
*If you have to on-line purchase actually you can buy a $100-$200 Visa, Master Card at gift card corner of any grocery store like Zehrs, Walmart,,,etc.
Through this way you could protect your CC which is CEC pay method.
*For CEC pay method consider the Money order is not bad idea.
I wish all your success, and sweet 'AOR' in your 42 days.
Thanks.
Mike.

Most likely its not possible to receive AOR in 27-28 days but who knows if CIC started processing applications fast.
I'm from Jan 2014's applications and my application arrived at CIO on Jan 31st.
My CC was charged on the Feb 26th and I received my AOR on the 28th. That's 28 days for you
So yes, applications are moving fast right now.

Good to hear that.
So we should start expecting AOR within a month time frame.
