The fingerprints can be done by yourself, but if I were you, I would go to your closest police station and they could do them for you.
Just follow the instructions. You can download the forms and have it done. It will take about 6 weeks for the US authority to process your application. After the 6 weeks of receiving your application, you can contact them to know whether there is any issue or everything was fine. Then, by the 6 and 7 week, they will deliver it to you. The total will be 18 us dollars. Everything is explained online step by step.
Google... Submitting a Criminal History Summary Request to the FBI
and follow the instructions
You HAVE to SUBMIT your Original PC. Email is a waste of time because that doesn't grant that you have not criminal records.
Regards
Thanks a ton!! This is really of help.

I was getting hardiest time at work for couple of months. I had a feeling that it is coming and it happened today. I am afraid if VO calls my employer regarding reference letter I bet they will screw me over
I think it shouldnt be a problem as long as your employer letter has all the necessary information.

As long as you have a work permit, you are fine. No need to let them know. You have already worked for a year and that is what they need. In case you have less than four month for your WP to expire, you should apply for an extension BOWP. You can also search for a job which has to be the same kind the WP says.

My work permit is valid till Sept 29, 2015 so i am not worried about my work permit. What if VO calls my work place for reference I know they will definitely going to screw me

How can they do that? You have worked for at least a year. If they call, your employer will confirm the period of employment. It does not matter anything else, whether you have been fired or whatsoever. And that time worked is the ONLY thing the VO would need to know or confirm. After a year, you can even say goodbye to your employer and that will not change anything. Besides, the employer cannot lie about your time worked since it is on the T4 anyways and he would be liable to persecution should he lie to a VO.
Get it?

the whole issue raised when I asked my employer to give me a reference letter according to my noc she said we dun do that and all that after 3 weeks of trying she finally gave me the garbage letter which worth nothing. Then I asked my assistant manager whom i took directions directly, he was kind enough to give me a letter on February 18 2014. I filed my PR on February 19, 2014 and got fired on February 20, 2014.
P.S: After 16 months of service my owner she told me I am not the right person of this job and today is my last day
So you got the letter? Then that is all you need from them. Bye bye to them and don't worry. You will be fine. ;D
Your owner? So you were her property, right? Was it a kind of sexual slavery job? Tell me where to sign, please.
