Has anyone been in a situation where their refugee and PRAA has failed and you have since gotten married and are now doing an outland application. Please provide me w/ your timeline if applicable.
The processing time for our VO is 17months so we are still under that time frame. Jan 20th my husband got a request for additional documents and one of the documents was to redo his police check in his country. We gave them back to the VO today...it just takes time. Whats the processing time for your VO? 80% of applications are finished in that amount of time and only 20% finished before or after that time.

ok, so you shouldnt expect to hear anything from the VO before the 16 months is over, just keep in mind that it IS possible you could hear something sooner than the 16 months but as well I assume you will have to apply for the ARC which will also add time to the wait...its not a fast process for most people but the wait will be well worth it!
