It's ok to have an interview. We are in a genuine relationship. We have a child together and we are expecting another one.
I just want to be prepared for uncertainties

You are likely to have an interview bcuz of his refugees circumstances. And secondly as long as you meet the sponsor eligibility requirements you can sponsor your husband if the marriage is genuine though they would require you to proof your bonafides in the application through interview and so be prepared. The fact that your husband is a failed refugees claimant does not automatically bar you from sponsorship rather the application would be highly scrutinized and so be prepared to proof beyond reasonable doubts
