CBSA Invitation - h&C approval - Spousal Sponsorship in process

Just wanted to give an update on this, as it might help someone else here.

We asked our lawyer to contact the cbsa office and ask for the reason of the interview.

They basically said they are updating our records and want to see applicants in person. However, our lawyer mentioned to cbsa officer that my husband has his parents have received the approval for H&C.

and they basically cancelled the appointment.

I am happy for you as well. I believe H&C is treated by CIC not CBSA. I was scared that your husband was risking to be sent.Congratulation again.God will help you.and especially if your husband has no bad record should be another credit for him.
