Troll? Really ;D
You honestly believe i will write misleading stuff on this forum, like others?
Here is what's in my ecas read and enjoy and merry with me.
We received your application for permanent residence on September 20, 2011.
We started processing your application on March 24, 2012.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. ;D 8)
So, it's not a troll Dutch, very very true bro.and to tuyen, thanks for your advice,i'm glad there is only handful of your stereotypes still living in this world.alright
I understand your excitement! as I also got my DM today! So Congrats on the DM! but not to burst your bubble, how can you be 100% certain that it is a positive answer until you get the letter? and even if it is, you still have those charges to worry about, and your PR visa could be revoke if you are convicted... I don't know what they consider serious tho...
There are several ways you could lose your permanent resident status:
A permanent resident who does not meet their residency obligations could lose permanent resident status. If convicted of a serious crime, a permanent resident may be deported from Canada.

Actually, yes, I too was considering the possibility that you're just trolling.
I mean...I'm trying to weigh the possibilities in my head and decide which is the more likely scenario:
1) you're trolling
or
2) you really are every bit as glorious as your posts suggest, in which case you're also completely delusional because you actually think there's a chance that you're going to be given permanent resident status while you're facing charges of assaulting a police officer during the course of an arrest

I find it hilarious that you think people are stereotypes because they're telling you the obvious fact that you shouldn't expect welcoming arms in Canada given the fact that everything about you screams "bad news".
LOL it sounds creepy but I keep asking my husband to check his mail everyday. I'll go visit him in two weeks so now I'll be the one stalking the mailman
If the person (or people) who were reviewing his application are sane and living in the real world, then yes, of course it will be a rejection.
Can you imagine if somebody at CIC gave this guy a permanent resident card while knowing that he has multiple arrests in a short period of time, one of which is an assault on a police officer while resisting arrest? I can't bring myself to believe that anyone at CIC is THAT insane.
trust me I know how you feel. for me it was even more pressure because couple of times the mail man/lady misplaced my mail and my neighbor was kind enough to return it to me. and i got a mail or two that was suppose to be my neighbor's mail lol
you should get something soon at any moment fingers crossed.
His DM *was* a refusal and the last post from him was on the 8th November here -> http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/my-brothers-sponsorship-got-rejected-t98910.0.html;msg1868381#msg1868381
