1) 434 was the cutoff and you have that score. Apply but explain your situation/condition in LOE. Let CIC decide.
2) If your friend told you to decline, he is not your friend. Get some fresh air !

I am in the same boat. Got my ITA on Feb 8 when my 2nd year finished on 30th March. I will be sending my documents on 1st April just to be on safe side but not declining ITA at all.

Need advise.

I got my ITA in the previous draw for 434 points.

One of my friends told me that I will get declined if I apply because my 2 years of work experince ends in April 8 2017 and I got an ITA before that. The system updated my 2 year work experience one month early which put me above the cut-off.

Please advise, as he tells me to decline it. But i do not want to lose this opportunity of the invitation I got.

Thanks

Hey guys, This is my first post here and have a small query.
I have got reference letter from my employer but they haven't mentioned annual salary details and they are not willing to provide it. What should I do in this case. Thanks.

Hi,

You get 14 more points. Depending on your language scores, you may also get more points in the transferable skills section (LANGUAGE/EDUCATION).

All the best

Please kindly provide your thoughts on question below; thanks

" If you are presently self employed can you show proof of fund (POF) on company corporate bank account with letter from bank proving you are sole signatory. Along with other company registration documents attached?"

Apart from giving more points on education, I noticed that A Masters degree also has an additional effect on your English/IeLts score. Simulate the CRS calculator to confirm. All the best

My question to you would be, by using this corporate bank account how can you prove that such funds will be used for settling in Canada and not to continue operations of such company.

Hi, this is a bit tricky, but this is what I would do.

I would transfer funds from the company account into a personal account and then write a notarized letter declaring that I have taken funds from the company for the purposes of migration to Canada and that the company entity will not require these funds back. I would submit this along with my registration documents.

Just my view.

Just a point of correction:

A Masters degree does not affect you Language scores in any way. It only potentially increases your transferable skills points based on the IELTS scores you already have.

I have close to 5k CAD in my account.
If I get an ITA today and save 2.5K CAD every month I'll have 12500 CAD when I submit my eAPR three months from now. The money will be my own income (I can arrange proof too)
Is that okay?
OR
should I get a gift deed and transfer 7.5k CAD in my account from a family member today?

Hi All,

I have not mentioned My Higher secondary education while creating express entry profile, and have received ITA

while you are filling forms after getting ITA, study section automatically populated with the information provided in EE profile.
So is it ok if i add my High secondary education now as i haven't mentioned it when creating EE profile.

Note: This doesn't effect my score.

kindly advise on how to proceed with it.

Thanks
