My question to you would be, by using this corporate bank account how can you prove that such funds will be used for settling in Canada and not to continue operations of such company.
Thanks for this Perspective @Delpiero007, I need to take a cue from it. Cheers & +1

Hi, this is a bit tricky, but this is what I would do.
I would transfer funds from the company account into a personal account and then write a notarized letter declaring that I have taken funds from the company for the purposes of migration to Canada and that the company entity will not require these funds back. I would submit this along with my registration documents.
Just my view.
@TanakaM, Many thanks for this useful advise, Its most appreciated. Well done & +1

Just a point of correction:
A Masters degree does not affect you Language scores in any way. It only potentially increases your transferable skills points based on the IELTS scores you already have.
Thanks for the point of correction. Its exactly as you have stated above. concerned members should also take note. Cheers
thanks buddy. I will also be applying after April 8 to be on a safe side.

1) 434 was the cutoff and you have that score. Apply but explain your situation/condition in LOE. Let CIC decide.
2) If your friend told you to decline, he is not your friend. Get some fresh air !

Hi All,
I have not mentioned My Higher secondary education while creating express entry profile, and have received ITA
while you are filling forms after getting ITA, study section automatically populated with the information provided in EE profile.
So is it ok if i add my High secondary education now as i haven't mentioned it when creating EE profile.
Note: This doesn't effect my score.
kindly advise on how to proceed with it.
Thanks
Hi,
Which program are you applying under? If you are apply under FSW then only post-secondary education is required. So you can leave this section as it is.
All the best

Hey guys,
Got a request for additional documents. They are asking me for Supplementary Information for Travels. IMM5562.
1. How do I put the extra pages? Do I use the same form or do I make my own table??
2. My wife is currently on a trip to the US. Should I add this? Or not, since it is after the submission?
3. I added all trips including from Canada to my country of origin in the ITA submission. Should I keep it the same as before?
4. Is this just a random request or are there some issues with my application?
Thanks a lot guys!
I completed my bachelors in computer science as a full-time student ,and at the same time i was working part-time as an administrative assistant (20 hours per week) in my university , can i add my part time experience in EE Profile, will it count?
Secondly, i did my bachelors in computer Science, but right now i am working as an HR administrative assistant (Full-time). It is necessary, that your education should compliment your work experience.
Your replies will be appreciated.
Thank you.
Which one should we do??? upfront medical or after getting the medical request???
hello guys plz help
I was only 5 years old when i came back to my country from Qatar. Do u think i should include PCC from Qatar and be risk free.
or u think it isn't necessary as its logical a 5 years old cannot have a crime record and also cic says generally 18 or older requires a PCC.
Hi All
Do we need minimum point of 6 in each component Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking as minimum Eligibility for Express Entry?
Since my friend wrote an exam and in Reading 7, Writing 5.5, Listening 7, Speaking 6.5...she wrote under British Council.. Her CRS is around 440 , but she is unsure whether she is eligible or not. Her job nature comes under NOC B ...And Possess 3 years of work experience in Canada..Even her work permit job code under the classification NOC B.
Please clarify me, for Canadian Experience Class under NOC B , whether she needs 6 point in each or 5 in each of Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking as minimum Eligibility.
Regards
Nislava

PCC only required for countries you went to when 18+ years

Hi,
1) Unfortunately, work experience while you were a full-time student does not count unless it is foreign work experience.
2) No it is not. As long as you work experience is in skill level 0, A or B it qualifies regardless of your education.
All the best

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language.asp
So she qualifies.
