Today I got an ADR from CIC asking for Afghanistan PCC and I have 60 days to provide it.
Now with my eAPR I had already provided an LOE saying its 5 months since I applied for the PCC and I dont have any response from the Afghanistan Embassy.
Any ideas what I can do here?

Hi
I am have some queries about Fund will be grateful if someone clarify me
I have 2 accounts, 1.Salary Account from work and 2. Personal Savings Account. But I don't have enough money so my father is giving me the amount.
1. I am planning to show it as 'Gift' to me. So he has to get the money by cashing from "Saving Bonds". My question to Gift me the amount does he have to show proof where he is giving the money from?Do we need a 6 month statement from his account or just a statement from the bank that he had the "Saving Bond" for 6 month will do?
2.When the money will be transferred it will be given in 2-3 Transactions as large amount of money can't be deposited in one transactions, will it be an issue when he will notarize the gift deed the total amount once or do we need to do in separate deeds?
3.Also do I need to show all of my account statements and credit card bills statement too?
Thank you in advance for answering my queries.
Regards
Lifehack

Yes they can.
Hello guys,
I am getting a bit confused with this:
I am about to pay a certified translator for the translation from Spanish to English. The translator will put its stamps with affidavit but, do I have to get the PCC notarised ? That does not make any sense to notarised a copy of the original and then translate it.
Could you help me or give any ideas on how to proceed on this?
Thank you!
Hello guys,
I'm trying to complete an EE application and it requires an Educational Assessment. I am currently processing my NNAS application requirements and wondering if I could use this instead for the assessment once completed. Or should I apply for WES since NNAS is not one of the choices online. Can someone please advise me on this. Will greatly appreciate any insight regarding this. Thanks!

Hello Experienced Analysts,
I have a few post-ITA questions regarding supporting documents upload section :
1. When filling out my EE profile, I had listed my wife's education but didn't claim points for it since I didn't get an ECA and answered that question accordingly as 'NO' for ECA report. However, now that I have ITA it asks for her degrees/diplomas to be uploaded as well. Is this normal for CIC to ask for it even if an applicant is not claiming points for it, or should I be concerned?
2. I have uploaded scans of my passport photos keeping the specifications listed by CIC in mind. Is there difference between digital photos and scans of photos from CIC's perspective? If so, should I use one of the online apps for digital photos instead of uploading scans?
3. In the Degrees/Diploma section, only uploading scans of Degrees should suffice, and there's no need to upload grade reports, correct?
4. There're two placeholders for Employment uploads "Employment Records" and "Employment Records 2", I am curious as to why two placeholders for this category.
Thank you!

Only use agencies recognized by CIC.. Go for WES

1. It is normal. As long as you haven't claimed points for her ECA you needn't worry.
2. As long as the photo is clear and matches their specifications in terms of dimensions and file size you should be fine. They have no way of telling whether the photo is scanned or digital. And anyway, they request you for a hard copy of your photos too at the time of passport submission. So it doesnt really matter.
3. Scan of degrees + scan of ECA report
4. You have declared work experience in more than one company. Which is why there are one placeholders for work experience in each firm.

Shall we write probationary under type of employment in reference letter if we were under probation for 6 months or so? Or not necessary... I was under probation for 6 months as management trainee and then became permanent as Sr. Executive
Reference letter should only mention the designation. Whether you were on probation or not does not matter to CIC..

Hello all,
As i can see there are lots of issues regarding noc selection and all that. I am going to submit my e-apr by next week in noc 2131 as civil engineer. Having more than 4 years of experience.
I have a single question that for two years i was at construction sites and after that i moved to office working as an estimation engineer with roles and responsibilites similar to construction estimators noc 2234
My question is, under noc 2131-civil engineer it is covering both the r & r but noc 2234 is not covering 2131.
My contract with the company, salary, designation everything is as per 2131.
I have written a reference letter under 2131 by combining r & r of both you can say 50% for each and get it signed with 2 project managers. Everything is as per what i have done and what i am dong currently.
Can som1 please advise whats i have done is ok? I will appreciate a feedback.

Hi Guys,
When making my EE profile, I do understand that I have to pay the application fee (C$550) but do I need to pay right of permanent resident fee too or is that to be paid at a later date.
Also, I'm targeting Ontario PNP, so I have to pay C$1500 for that too but when is that to be paid?
You dont need to pay anything to create an EE profile.. It is free. You need to pay the fees mentioned above only after you receive an ITA (Invitation to apply) and you are submitting your e-APR (electronic application for permanent residency)..
Ontario PNP fees is to be paid when you are applying for their program. That is a separate process
Hi Experts,
Can any one assist me format of Job offer letter as per CIC requirement.
Thanks

Hi nv0411,
Thanks for your response.
Since my CRS is 404, I don't think i'll receive ITA without Ontario PNP.
Correct me if I'm wrong, I'll have to follow the below workflow? -
Create EE profile -> Apply for Ontario PNP (C$1500) -> Receive ITA -> Pay application fee (C$550) -> ((I dont know the further process)).
That's partially correct. For applying to Ontario PNP, you would have to wait for their invitation first.
Also there are other provinces you can try in parallel.
