Hi Friends,
Can we collect all documents like (Employment Letter, Bank Statement) at any time after getting ITA and submit OR we have to collect the documents only before submitting the application?
For example if I got ITA on Jan 04th 2017 can I take documents from employee and bank statements now and submit with my application in March 2017 (Because I have to wait for PCC & Medical Test to get),
Or I have to take the employee and bank statements only before submitting the application.
Hi,

In this case, am I eligible to get additional 50 points based on the changes happened on 16, Nov 2016. I am getting confused whether I set Job offer flag is ok which trigger 50 points or not. can you please suggest on this query.

If it's an ICT then you would have received a deputation or transfer letter from your employer. That letter covers quite a lot employee details to be used as an offer letter for ICT, I believe. I am also in same boat and that's what I am planning to do. I have received ITA and preparing for docs now. So, yes, check the offer letter flag and claim your points. You can put all this in Letter of explanation or cover letter once you submit docs post ITA.
Hi everyone,
I just got ITA for Express Entry CEC. Quick question, under education, should I enter ALL my post secondary education or just the highest one for which I received points? For me highest degree is my Masters which I did here in Canada. But should I enter my BSc done outside canada as well? (I didn't do assessment for these).

No, only add the master's... you can add all other education in the personal history section.

Hi everyone,
I got an ITA under FSWC, as well as request letter for RPRF. Does that mean I'm eligible to apply for an Open Work Permit? If so, what documents should be included in my application?
Thank you.

If you are able to submit e-APR before your IELTS results expire, then you do not need to reappear.
I have a question regarding Police Verification from FBI in US.
I lived in US till March 2009 and thus, I need to get the verification from FBI done now.
However, I am planning to travel to US for couple of weeks in March and July this year.
So, should I initiate the FBI process now and would it be applicable for my future visits, so do I need to get the verification done only after my other visits are done?
Thanks

It all depends on when you submit your e-APR. If you receive ITA in this month, then you need to get it asap. Else, if you think you might get it later after some visits, then you need to obtain your FBI USA after your last visit to USA. You can apply during your last visit and you will get it after you return back to your country.

Electronic Application for PR (eAPR) needs to be submitted within 90 days from the date of ITA.
Dear all:
Questions for Personal Activities:
(1) I graduated March 2010. Enrolled at review school on May 2010. There is a gap dated April 2010. During that time I self-review or technically I am waiting for the May 2010 Review.
(a) What will i put, Educational Activity or Unemployed?
(b) If Educational Activity, I don't have any supporting documents to present since this is just self review. Do I have to present anything?
(2) From May 2010 to October 2010, I took the Board Review. Do i need supporting documents? If yes, what document?
(3) From January 2013 onwards, I became a member Institute of Internal Auditors and ISACA. Do i need to declare this? Do i need to present documents? What documents?
Questions For Address History:
(1)What supporting documents do we need to present?
(2) What if I could no longer remember the exact date we started living in that address? What is the remedy?
Thank you so much.
Hi,
I am currently in US on OPT. I have been a full time employee(Application Engineer) from May 2014 to OCT 2016. But I also worked as web Developer at university and a company from August 2012 to Jan 2014 as part time (20hrs per week).
When filling Express Entry profile can I mention my part time??(If I can get all required documents and letters from employers) Will that part time period be considered as my experience??
Thanks alot for the advice. I have IELTS score of 8 and sitting at 458 points.
