It is based only on the CRS; EE is NOC agnostic.

You would be eligible in October 2016 if you have at least one year of full-time (or equivalent part-time experience) gained AFTER you got your PGWP approved.RutSaw said:Hello,
I am currently on PGWP working in Canada under NOC Cat B, which is about to expire in Dec'16
It won't be possible for my employer to extend my work permit since he has to apply for LMIA

Hi istari,istari said:Hi Guys,
I am Software Engineer, working in Delhi, India for the past 9+ years.
I am planning to apply for Canadian PR visa via Express Entry Program. I do not have a job offer in hand. CRS Score calculated using the tool and it came out 393.
I want to know,
- Has anybody applied PR without any job offer?. If yes, has anybody got an ITA?
Yes, and yes.
Most people who have received PR through EE do not have job offers.
- Any opinions about hiring an immigration consultant for the entire VISA process?
It's really not necessary.

- Did you get the PR visa?
No, I haven't.
- If yes, How much did it take for you from the beginning till the end?
- Did you opt for PNP?
- My CRS score is coming around 390-400. Is that sufficient enough to get ITA?
No. You will need to increase your score (the most recent draw was 480+). Look into PNP.

Karthik

Funds n Loan Inquiry :
Hi,
I have 16000 Canadian Dollar in my bank account. 1 year ago (before starting immigration process) I applied for a small business loan amounting 12000 Canadian dollar. This loan has been sanctioned by yesterday. So I will have 2 accounts now, one my own current account having 16000 Canadian dollar from more than 1 year. Other with loan money.
In case I get ITA, can this loan become an issue for me?
How to tell CIC about this loan?
Thanks
Well, IMO, it is sufficient if you show the funds that you have been maintaining since last year. As long as you can prove that funds are yours, you won't have a problem. No this loan won't be a problem - Most applicants would automatically become ineligible if everyone subtracted their liabilities from their assets.hb_rashidy said:Funds n Loan Inquiry :

Yes, when CIC updates their system, it happens sometimes. You can try logging in after 24 hours. If the issue recurs, you can use option Report a Technical Issue and attach screenshot of the same.nikhil.bhatia said:Hello Guys,

Thanks for the reply. +1Stanlee said:Yes, when CIC updates their system, it happens sometimes. You can try logging in after 24 hours. If the issue recurs, you can use option Report a Technical Issue and attach screenshot of the same.
