Yes it is a bit confusing about their condition of staying in that province, I came across posts on this forum that suggest that it would be against the law to move out of that particular province that you got nomination for. For how long, it was not made clear. I will dig into the link you posted.

Hi,

I went through lot of links on this same forum under PNP Immigration board (http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/provincial-nomination-program-immigration-b6.0/).

I've not been able to find a rule/law which says one has to stay in a particular Province for specific time. It's just that ethically we should serve the Province for some time before moving out, rather that using it just for Immigration purposes.

Hi Friends, I have below queries while filling EE form.would be thankfull for help

Education History Query :
Have queries with respect to Education History . I had done WES for Bachelors and Masters, WES evaluated as Highest Degree Masters.

1) while filling Education History should i enter both Bachelors and Masters degree information or just Masters which is highest qualfication

2) To date of Education query :
It has to be which date. am confused which date to select. In Convocation Degree, date is mentioned as May 2, 2011 and in college Transcript / marksheet date is mentioned as April 25,2011.Whereas i completed my final semester exams were completed in Feb 2011.

3) City/Town of Study query
I did Masters from IBS Bangalore , but all my marksheets, Transcrpit , and Convocation were awarded by "The ICFAI University, Dehra dun".So should i wrote City/Town of study as Bangalore or Dehradun
4) Name of school/institution query :
This should be mentioned as IBS Bangalore ( College Name ) Or (The ICFAI University, Dehradun ) University name . in Wes report its mentioned as Awarded by: The ICFAI University, Dehradun

IETLS query:
Date of Test Results:
In TRF its mentioned as 6th June 2016 but test results were announced on 3rd June 2016. Which date should I mentioned




Work Experience :

Date AUSTIN PRAVIN ALBAN RODRIGUES first became qualified to practice in this occupation. My Noc is 2171.

The.minimum that you need to score in each skill is 6.0. Please note IELTS has a major role in boosting your CRS score, so better scores means, better CRS score.

I am filing up the application for my express entry I got ITA last week, I have queries regarding work history and personal activity details.
I am not sure what was the exact date in 2013 when I worked through agency and what was the date I got hired THEN THE QUESTION IS Do I need to write down the exact dates because i remember the months not dates ? As I left the in 2013/10 and moved to other province .
2nd Question is in Personal activity details do I need to write down the semester break period also
for example I was studying from 2011/09 till 2012/04 but then i have a official semester break from 2012/04 till 2012/08 and I was doing nothing else in that break time so what I am supposed to write down?

It will be really great if anybody can answer my questions as I need to submit my file at an earliest because I am left with 1 more week of my PGWP.

I and my wife both have some what similar points(only 3 points difference), and we are in the process of completing the EE profile. Below are some of the doubts I have before I submit the profile.

1. Can I create two separate EE profiles, in one I would become the primary and my wife secondary(spouse) and on the other vice versa i.e. wife primary and I as a spouse? Is it legal? The reason why I want 2 profiles because my wife's birthday is in couple of months and she will get a year older which will decrease the points by 5. However currently she has a better overall score than me.

2. Since my Wife's ECA is pending with WES for 1 month, can I submit the EE profile and update her WES afterwards in case where she is secondary(spouse) or primary?

Higher the IELTS score, higher will be the CRS score.
