I agree with ahmad... my application was just submitted but knowing all this makes me feel better about the whole process of immigrating soon . Any jobs will do as long as it will bridge the savings. It is hard to be in another country and be broke. , i gave +1 too.

It is about $10-15 per hour, they are factory / office jobs, hard work I must tell you. May not be according to your potential but it helps. New comers are welcome, all they want is legal status SIN Card number.
Thank you very much .One more question, I am an Assistant Professor in English for about six years at a Govt Institute, (ready to do any survival jobs) what sorts of job I might get initially.
We sent our medicals on July 27 and VO received them on 29th along with RPRF .At the same time ,my new born son's papers have been sent to attach with my application.Now when I might get my son's Med and all passports request.
