EMPP (Federal Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot) application submission

Happy New Year! and I hope you will all find peace.

I have submitted my EMPP-No Job offer application on 4th of December 2024 while the IRCC stopped processing any new application for 2024 on 9th December 2024, and I have received an email that my application will not be processed as the 2024 cap has been reached.

My question do I need to resubmit my application? as the program resumed since 1st January 2025? or my previous application will be processed as part of the 2025 patch?

I really appreciate your support here as I couldn't get an answer else where.
