The application under process , and due to technical issue i can't link it to my account .

i believe the officer don't even open the application yet

They’re being honest your application is being processed. There is no way for them to anticipate when you may get PR.

The issue Here I don't get any real update , this general reply and don't contain any information , also I still can't check my status update , and as per normal procedure they should request Medical insurance as I submitted my biometric since more than 5 month.

You should be able to log into your account because you have AOR. The medical is only valid for a year so if processing time is long then that may be why medical may be asked for at a later date. EMPP is a very small program and you’re applying without secured employment. I general Canada is trying to reduce the volume of refugees and PRs.

I am waiting around 10 months and half still in the final decision, the program takes long time and ther is no timeline.

I send email to canada embassy in beirut they told me the process in the final decision and they are doing as quickly as possible. I paid the rprf on 12 feb up to now no updates. Any one has the same issue?

Quickly for Lebanon office is a bit of a joke. They are not known for their fast processing. All you can do is wait. There are quotas so IRCC only approves a certain amount of applications every month to slowly spread out the quota over the year.

The goal is to process in under 6 months but the reality is often very different. This is the case for many programs. There is also an extremely small quota and likely more than the quota apply every year leading to backlogs.

One of the reasons processing is taking longer. There are likely backlogs from at least 2024 and more than 150 people per year likely applying. IRCC also tends to spread out approvals over the year.
