Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (No job offer)

Hello

I am Applying for the Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot No job offer, I have a yellow refugee card from UN in Egypt. Does this pathway require an up to date refuge card or just the registration is enough? because i passed the expiration date of my card.
Another question, I have been working as an accountant for a company for 3 years but i only have Secondary school education, would that be a problem when applying to this pathway?

I don't believe it's possible to apply through this program with only a secondary school education (unless you finished this education in Canada). However please confirm the requirements here:
