When I submitted my application , I wrote as I worked from 2011 til now for ABC company(formerly XYZ) as ABC acquired XYZ and I have some emails confirming that.
However, when I asked for reference letters, I was provided with TWO different letters with all as asked by CIC from ABC and XYZ company.
And they say that the acquisition is all internal and the companies are still different entities and cannot provide such letter stating XYZ is a parent company of ABC.
That's pretty much all what is mentioned about the acquisition and it states 2011 as date which was acquired , however my payroll changed from ABC to XYZ in 2014.

Yea , will write in LOE with the the screenshot of email and Company website URL showing the acquisition.
And will show as they are still different entities, I will be providing the different letters for both companies
along with the offer letter which I received from Parent company to transfer me over from ABC to XYZ.
