I have to show my work experience in the express entry profile. My experience is continues in the same company of 82 months and out which I have worked 34 months in Canada. During my tenure in the company I also had promotions leading to change in the position/role ( While my NOC remains the same based on the job duties #2174).I would like this to be put in accurately and also would like your advise in terms of "Reference Letter" from company.
Note: I currently work for a different company for which I don't want to show my experience as it will be hard to get work reference letter for it.

Additionally, There in some cases some my letters have "positions" whereas others have "roles". Which one should I mention ?
