Ecopr to PR card Calgary VO 2024

No updates ..

We have the same eCoPR date, and I haven't gotten any updates either...
Seeing people with mid-January eCoPRs starting to get GU makes me worry that they may have lost our applications or something

I thought so too, so I sent in a web form and they got back to me on January 31, to say that they had referred my request to the office responsible.
Despite this, nothing has changed. It's so frustrating !

Well, it's Friday afternoon, and I don't think anyone is really working in Calgary VO.
Then my PR card processing time will break 80 days on Monday.

Hi. I would like to share an update for my Calgary VO folks as I have been silently reading and watching this thread:

ECOPR - December 21, 2023 (Calgary VO) - Address and Photo already provided in PR Portal at this point

Linked PR Card Application to GCKey: February 6

Contacted my Local MP: February 9th (I was growing anxious because it was 51 days at this point and I had a trip in March. The office placed support on my behalf on February 13. They told me to wait until February 27th for updates but up until then I didn't received anything so I contacted them again. The office contacted IRCC again, and they placed support again for me)

Ghost Update : February 28th (Final decision - February 28, 2024:Your application is in progress)

Hopefully I will get the "Mailed" update soon and will be able to get my card for my trip in March... *fingers crossed but I'm not holding my breath*

Update: I got my GU2 today. Card has been mailed

Congratulations... 16 days for me. dead silence. It seems nothing can be done before the 35-day period.

I sent again a web form today, and 15 minutes later I received an email from IRCC Portal because my photo and that of my husband were rejected for the following reasons: "poor quality" and "other".
I don't even know what "other" means... the photos were of very good quality, I'm so frustrated !

I need to take photos again, did you take photos online or print and scan ?

IDK if me getting GU1 means that my photo is accepted or not, but in my case I took my photo at London Drugs, and then use the digital version to submit to IRCC

I think your photo is probably accepted because I didn't get any update and I received a rejection.
I take another photo and now I have a digital photo and reuploaded today.
I'll have to wait again...

To help eliminate your nervousness, I got the final decision (GU 2) yesterday by saying the card was mailed after 84 days of waiting.

I hope no one breaks this "record" and everyone will receive the card very soon.
