Contacted ircc rep many times since late March, i have been told it is processing. I was suggested to do a Solemn declaration to report lost and I did. After two weeks, May 03, I received email from Ottawa confirming my mail address. Now three weeks after, May 26, still get nothing…I am frustrated. Called ircc, they said they can see the record from Ottawa, but still Processing! I don’t know what to do…
