Disclosure of Documents from ICAC.

Hi all
Recieved a document from IRCC
Which says notice for intervention
and titles Disclosure of documents from ICAC
I’m the letter it says if a notice of intervention is included in the enclosed package you must provide the required document
But it marked on the box
No intervention with my information below in the attachment.
So what do I need to to at this stage
I recently got my brown paper and work permit
What is required of me.
Or is this just one of the waiting stages?
When do I submit my story and supportive documents.

Looks like Minister want to intervene and has requested disclosure from ICAC. Simply, Minister want to participate.
In other post you said you finally got a lawyer, its high time to work with one,

But the box NO intervention is ticked.
Does this still mean the minister will intervene?

Is it less complex claim? Mine said disclosure No intervention in check list and in subject. File review. Do I need to submit additional documents for evidenced or no?

I didnot recieve any less complex claim letter
I only recieved the ICAC No intervention.
I don’t even know what that means
Do you have an idea?

Yes. Scroll down you can see ur name then in checkbox shows
file review
Short hearing
Complex full hearing
Then sth red at the top it said less complex check list.
U have to scroll down the letter

Mine says regular hearing three hours
I don’t even have a hearing date yet
And I got that more than a month ago
I have not sent anything

I just called IRB she said (ICAC) prepared all documents to RDP as a checklist if you want to submit more documents please do. Bcos it’s file review but if it’s hearing we will send you a letter to submit your evidence not later than 10 day’s hearing

Where are you located? You can google the IRB phone number. I think has 3 branches. Its Toronto phone number: (416) 954-1000

More than a month a recieved the ICAC enclosed letter.

Sorry to hear that. You will get it soon. I haven’t seen any Notice of intervention in my ICAC letter but I red somewhere do not sending any evidence to IRB before receiving the letter with file number from them via mail. Im literally stressed.
