Disclosure of Documents from ICAC.

Sorry to hear that. You will get it soon. I haven’t seen any Notice of intervention in my ICAC letter but I red somewhere do not sending any evidence to IRB before receiving the letter with file number from them via mail. Im literally stressed.

Nothing. I didn’t even send any evidence yet. Waiting for IRB letter. I don’t know what this ICAC letter is!

Did you call IRB or ask someone about it? I’m wondering if they processing late for those who receiving icac letter or..! It should be easier for them to send us irb letter sooner than others because checklist is already generated.

I’ve called them several times but they were told me it’s up to you , you can either send evidence or waiting for irb decision via letter. Id prefer wait.
On the other hand I’m thinking they may process my application faster if ill send more documents. I don’t wanna wait so long (

Yes it is less complex file review . But the agent in IRB told me the letter you received is not irb decision. It’s ICAC which prepared a checklist for us.
