my online status says A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. what does it mean?

it means they have finalized the application, and approved or rejected you. They will email or send you a letter with decision or call you depending on office you used. If they had asked for passport, or fees prior to decision made, its generally a good sign. what office did you use, and did they ask for passport, more docs etc? tell us more, but it sounds like good news

no they didnt say anything yet the only thing they just said decision made and they say they will contact to me regarding this decision make thats it.

Different visa office works in different way.

My visa office does'nt make decision before the passport is received.
