Decision made for application (CIC Singapore)

Yesterday, i checked my status online. Finally the status is changed become decision made. It says:
A decision has been made on JUNI FRANCISCA's application. The office will contact JUNI FRANCISCA concerning this decision.

Decision made after they received medical, passport, pay for right of permanent resident and other documents.
I am still waiting my passport back and a letter from the office. I am kinda worry from the sentences "The office will contact JUNI FRANCISCA concerning this decision"

I am wondering what's going on. Negative thoughts that my applications is rejected or what.

I've been married with A Canadian for almost 6 years and live inside Canada for 2 years. Any possibility they reject my application?

Anyone can give me opinion the meaning of the decision made?

Saied saw same message in Ecas on Feb 08 from Singapore Visa office as follows in (Spousal sponsorship blog) :

pray for me plz.. after "decision Made" it says, "The office will contact you concerning this decision."... what that suppose to mean the office will contact me? what decision they made? they have dispatched back my wife's passport from Singapore visa office to Dhaka VFS office. do I need to be concerned at this stage? why so suspense?

I am certain that SVO has attached visa on your spouse passport. Ecas posts misleading messages. Be happy.

This is the same wording used for "approved" and "not approved" cases, however it's very easy to tell if it's not approved if your file had issues ( such as bad interview or explanation of certain things, lack of documents, missing due date, or some other complication ). but if the file went through it's process and you got Decision Made then it's very safe to assume that visa has been issued
