Thats generic for all, and is good news ( approved ) unless you know your file is messed ( ie., just before this line, you had to explain or send paperwork they didn't agree on )
Whew. Okay. I DID already send the medicals and I DID get an email asking for a scan of my passport. I did a search online for "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." and only see bad news, so I'm still crazy worried.
Did you apply OUTLAND or INLAND? What was the date on the "decision made" note? Usually it's about 2 weeks (sometimes a bit longer) for an OUTLAND applicant to get his/her COPR to the mailing address provided to CIC. If you have moved during the process call CIC and make sure they have the correct address on file they have been known to fudge that and not enter a new one from just an eCas change.

Just sit back and wait then and stop worrying. They asked for your passport bio data, which is ALWAYS a good sign. You are just waiting for your COPR to arrive in your mailbox. Take a deep breath and get ready for the big move
CIC will never reject anyone without first giving clear warnings of possible denials, via either an interview or email listing specific concerns. For anyone that submitted an app and didn't have any red flags raised by CIC or have an interview, then any decision made is a positive one.
Its a generic whether youre approved or not. Mine at my first application, the same remarks to "Decision made" but i was denied to sponsor my husband. And then I reapply this year the same remarks but my application has been approved now.
